Technology Use in the Classroom

Please, to your right, you can look through some samples of how I use technology!

In my math classes, I use a variety of technological resources including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneNote, and Kahoot to engage students with the material. Each serves a different purpose:
  • Teams will be where I will assign homework assignments, post announcements, and        host class meetings. Basically, Teams will be our virtual classroom, a positive space to communicate with me and classmates.
  • OneNote will be your digital binder. All notes, homework solutions, and other materials will be stored here for students to access. Additionally, students can upload their work for assignments and assessments to OneNote for me to write directly on.
  • Kahoot is a program that makes assessments and activities, fun games! Students can use their phones or other devices to log in and try to respond to questions in the time provided. This adds a level of fun and competition to math.
